Rear License Plate holder removal
As all you in the US (or other countrys with non UK style plates) if you just use the holes that are on the top and just use screws to hold them in. Well anyways, since I have had the car, one of them has what looks to be the remains of a rusted screw and will not except one. So I tighten the one really hard, but it still doesn't hold the plate that well.
My question, can you remove the stud that is in the hatch and replace it. If so, how? I have searched all in my Helms and no luck. Same thing on Honda-tech.

That's what I was thinking also, so I went to homedepot today bought the stuff, drilled it and tapped it and now it is holding tight.
