first off...The prokit is just coil springs not coil overs. Second, i wouldn't reccomend doing this yourself unless you know exactly what you are doing because it can be dangerous. One slip of the spring compressor and you could end up in the hospital. I just had a local shop install my springs for around $100. Not a bad price considering i know they were installed correctly and i am left with no worries.

hello! you posted on my post about the coilovers, etc. i have a quick question, i see you are using the eibach "sportlines" how are those running? do you still have stock shocks? is it considerably lower than the prokits? is it bouncy? ride is rough? thanks a lot!

i LOVE my sportlines. Yes i do have my stock shocks still and it doesnt seem to be a problem. I cant say how much lower it is that the pro kit cuz i dont know what a prokit will do for an accord. I have about a 2 finger gap though. The ride is alot better that i had expected. I do feel bumps alot more, but then again, you will with any after market lowering kit. But it is deffinetly a good choice for a daily driver. I have no regrets.

It takes a good shop about an hour to install.
