What is up. Long time no post from me.

Anyways, I have a friend who works for SCC. He asked me to make this post.

What they're looking for:
Turbo Hondas. Any type. SOHC or DOHC.

Location of cars:

South western states. Close to the southern california area. E-mail me even if you don't know if you're close, send info to me anyways.

Turbo specs:

Turbo kit pricing needs to be around $1000. Above or below. Max dollar amount $1200. So you ghetto fabricators are welcome. Checkbook racers need not apply.

Needed:
Pictures. And spec list. Interest in getting published.

Other info:

Honda's only. I don't know any details about the article (length, coverage amount). Will this amount to anything? I don't know. Does it matter? You have an opportunity to get published for free, so why not take it.

E-mail me at bumnah@yahoo.com Attach the pictures. If you don't send me pictures. I will not read the e-mails. Write with good grammer if I get a bunch of ebonics I probably won't forward the e-mails to my friend. In the e-mail have a way to contact you. If you feel comfortable send me just your e-mail address make sure you have it in the e-mail somewhere. I would recommend atleast full name and contact e-mail and contact phone #. It's your call though. Be smart cut/blur your license plate.

I plan to forward the emails directly to my friend, and he will contact whomever he is interested in. If you have any questions please post in this thread or in the e-mail you send with your car info and pictures.

I will update this post as needed. So check back often.

I gotta ask, did you even read my post? I asked people to e-mail me their pictures and spec list. Not to post it on here.

Second thing, I have 900 some odd posts, why would I want a post your pics thread?

So, what do you need from us other than a car? Do we write the article as well? And what does it need to be about? More detail please, all you stated was proper grammar and attach a photo.

It leaves us nothing specific to write about.

I don't know how the car will be featured in the article. I've posted the information given to me.

The reason my friend asked me make the post is because I used to spend a lot of time on a honda boards, and he was hoping a thread made by me may attract more potential cars.

There is nothing more to it. Submit your car and your specs, if it's cheap and they like they'll contact you. I'm not going to be involved other than make this post, and forwarding e-mails. That's all.

This is legit, and Bumnah is legit. He's more old skool than most people on the board and knows people, including writers in SCC or other magazines (so do I). If you feel uncomfortable sending your info to him, you can send it to me and I'll foward it to the same SCC editor. If you don't want any part of the SCC tech article, then that's cool. But if you do, just like Bumnah said, please try to use proper grammer so it looks somewhat professional when they take a look at your story.

 

Just to clarify, you don't need to write and article.

Just pictures with spec list.
