Default Car won't start?

So the other day my car wouldn't start. I could not hear the fuel pump kick on when you turn the key on so i figured that was out. After a few hours I tried it again and it worked. It did this for about a week and the other day my car died when i was going down the road. And i was listening to my fuel pump and it just kept winding up and down so i figured it was the pump. So i changed that and it still wouldn't start. I read the the main relay may be bad so i checked it out and it was fried so i got 2 other ones and my car still wouldnt start. In the Haynes manual it says to check the #2 fuse. What is that? I am lost as to why my car wont start and if its something to do with the wires how does it just stop working. I have a 1993 honda civic w/ b16 swap. stock fuel parts. but my car has been running with no problem with that motor for about 3 months. let me know if you have any ideas on what i should do next? Thanks in advance!

check to see if your spark plugs are firing. if not, I'd suspect the distributor hv coil or ignitor.

OK so i changed the ignitor in my car and it still wont start. There is no power going to the fuel pump. I really have no where to go from here I have changed a lot of parts and still wont start. I dont have a clue why my car would just die like this. IF anyone has anything please let me know! I am going to change the coil pack to see if that helps but from there i dont know what!

did you check for spark? If you are getting spark, no need to change the ignitor or the coil. if no spark, most likely either one of those two are gone. stop guessing and spending money on parts you don't need.

if you are not getting power to the fuel pump, fix that first.
