LOW idle problem :: 2000 Civic LX
hey all, earlier today I gave my sisters 2000 LX the same treatment I give my car...because she gave me cash and asked me. So I changed out her cap, plugs, plug wires, and air filter and now the car runs smooth. I took it for a test drive and other than the cel light she's had on for a while, the car would idle very low. Almost to the point of the engine stalling. What could be causing this?
And also, what method do I do to check her cel?

well i tried again earlier, the idle would dip very low when i give it some throttle but after a good while it would slowly rise back up.
