Default arp rod bolts on lsvtec

iv been reading around about how to make my future lsvtec block last long and the main upgrade was arp the rod bolts. the set up i have in my eg is a lsblock, b16pistions, b16tranny. my question is.. would it be easier, safer, and better to just arp the rodbolts with the motor in the car (work under the car with the oil pan), or would i have to pull out the motor for a better outcome? cuz i really dont feel like pulling the whole motor out and are the torch specs the same for the arp rod bolts as stock boltspecs.. thanks everyone in advance

if you put new rod bolts in you have to resize the rod big end bore. They need to be out of the motor to do this. Sorry
