With all that has been going on i thought i would try a different way.

What do you socal R owners think about offering a reward for info leading to the arrest/ inprisonment of a type-r thief. I know for a fact there are many ex-cons in L.A. area that can't get caught anymore but still spot for others. So lets turn it around....pay them to rat on the scum suckers instead. We could do it like we did the charity. I'm serious about this and will put in the first $200.

 

instead of making it just for type r's, why don't you make it for honda's in general?

 

I second Vago's Offer, Anyone with info On the past 2 Thefts Dion and Lloyds, I will offer up another $100

 

Honda's in general will become really expensive. Met Dion at expo and Lloyd is a local friend.(hell of a nice guy too). So in a way they are the most important(read most rare) "hondas" to me.

I think that prevention is only taking us so far, if someone really wants the car they will get it. I dont know what else I can do to make it less noticable. I think that parking in fear SUCKS

I know it won't help you guys current situation, but why don't you guy start a new initiative that will impose death penalty on all thieves? Ok, maybe not death penalty, but longer sentences in jail. It's not all that hard to start an initiative. Check with your city and to start one, you'd need xxx number of supporters/signatures. Then, it'll go up into ballot and once it passes, you got yourself a new law to combat the thieves. (Ok, so the details might not be 100% accurate, but it's something like that.) A law is more powerful than one time reward pot to catch one thief/ring. JMHO.
