Default Pesky fuel leak

The Car: 1990 Civic hatchback.

The problem: Ok, i replaced my fuel pump with a 255LPH and changed the gas tank. I live in the north east so there sia bit of rust, but not a ton. The return line keeps leaking at the rubber hose, on the tank side...i've replaced the hose 2 times and its still leaks there. i even slid the hose on a few inches furhter (and a second clamp) thinking there was a leak on the steel line, it still leaks. Anyone have any ideas? I was thinking steel braided, but cant find any adaptors from 8mm steel line to an -AN fitting.

Thanks,
Travis

First make sure it isn't the steel tube leaking. That happened to me, the tube itself gets tiny perforations from the rust.
