Default Apexi SAFC and a Fuel rail FPR? please help

I'm doing a turbo b20b swap into my crx and I haven't really messed with adjusting fuel before, would it make sense to have an apexi SAFC and a fuel rail mounted fuel pressure regulator? They both do the same thing right? Isn't the SAFC just an electronic FPR? trying to decide if I should just get a SAFC or a rail mounted FPR or both, from what I understand the difference between the two is like the difference between a manual bost controller and an electronic one, please help.

someone correct me if im wrong but i think the AFC adjusts the air/fuel curve at like any given rpm. the FPR just lets you adjust the fuel pressure. the AFC controller deals with air and fuel not just fuel like the FPR. So i would get the FPR and AFC controller
