there are way too many factors?

Elevation? Weather, Tires.

If you were where I live on street tires. With a good run you would do low 14s to high 13s.

with that set up youll easily be in the 10's. macho69 is right, and just a little advice, theres a search function, you couldve searched this topic and probably come up with tons of threads.

13's is an insane number to think your goiong to hit, especially with street tires.

a realistic # is high 14's to mid 15's

i hit 15.1@89 in my ALMOST stock b16

lets put it this way..

alot of people are hitting mid/low 14's in GSR CX's and hatches.
honda tech is crazy, alot of **** talkin and people who hit insane #'s (on tracks that probably go downhill)

i think u can hit mid 14's but i also think that u will require alot of seat time or slicks to get there.

AEM intake
Thermal mid section pipe, custom axle back
No cat
Passenger seat was taken out
Slightly slipping clutch

1991 CRX HF

edit: oh yeah i believe with a 2.2 or 2.3 60 foot.
