has anybody replace the window regulator on ther car i'd like to now how

 

Its WAY easy. Go to your local junkyard, remove one from a POS junker (make sure it is the same body type, CRX-CRX or Hatch-Hatch or else it won't work correctly), and learn how to do it on yours. I did mine about two years ago, and I have not had a chance to actually write up anything on how to do that, but just take a nice size 2 philips screwdriver about 5-6" long, and a 10mm socket wrench with you as well as a socket extension. That was all I needed.

BTW... try not to break the glass, it might be easier to have somebody help you hold the glass while you do this.
