Im in the middle of swapping a rear control arm and realized how shitty the stock bushings are.

Is the anywhere you can buy the polyurethane bushings that are removeable and not volcanized in? Oh, im doing this to a 1990 civic hatch dx and i want to swap the bushing completey in the rear for every arm. And yes ive searched but cant find any good info so someone who knows from experience would be great.
I also emailed energy suspension for more info but im not getting any responese just so u know!
