Last night I went to the 24/7 Gas station to see my friend working and get gas. I park at the pump and you have to prepay. Another Employee comes inside and says "Jeff come outside, You have to look at your car". I go outside and it's one of the Evening Night girls who drove into it with her 2004 Lancer. She was parked in the parking spot infront of where I was parked. It's about 20-30FT from my car and she managed to back right into my car.
It's not even worth going through insurance because it will cost me in the end .

 

See if you can get some money out of that bitch, then punch her in the face for driving a shity lancer.

I am going to talk to her today, I know her car got some damage on it but thats not the principle.

All that was wrong with the bumper before was the paint was chipping. I couldn't care about the paint. It's the fact the bumper is now cracked and I have to get another one.

It doesn't work like that here. Her insurance company has to call my insurance. It's not worth my insurance going up 50-100$/year for a bumper. Plus her insurance will go up more then that. I am sure I can get her to give me 100$ for the bumper.

Some lady recently hit my parked crx. I called my insurance and they talked with hers. Basically since your car was parked Its 100% her fault. Your insurance doesnt go up at all. Her insurance will be responsible for however much the estimate on your bumper is.

 

and also try to say that the rust from her car got rubbed onto yours and is spreading at a fast rate and she needs to fix that also........j/k
