Anybody got a pic of a civic 1/2 rad with an intercooler mounted next to it?
I want to fit a civic half radiator to my car. The idea is to have the a 2" thick rad mounted alongside a nice intercooler.
Does anybody have any pics of somthing similar?
I mean with both the intercooler and rad mounted next to each other not one infront of the other.
Im trying to explain to sombody what I intend to do but they dont understand.
Thanks
Alex

i'm sure it can and probably has been done.....but if you put a half sized radiator in your intercooler is going to be sitting right infront of your turbo, manifold, and downpipe getting all that heat.....the turbo is going to be sitting real close to it...why do you want that......sounds like an ok idea but you want your intercooler to get the most cool air possible right....go with a front mount....johhnyracecar.com has some big front mounts for 200 if your wanting to find a cheap one

my cousin mounted a ford probe ic next to his intercooler. it's a complete custom setup with his piping. he's only running a tdo5, so the small probe ic is ok. i'll have to get some pics the next time i see him.
