Default Qs about timing belt and rotors/brakes

I drive a 97 accord ex 4

I’m almost at 90k. I know I have to get my timing belt changed but what other stuff should I have them change or fix. For example timing belt, timing balancer belt, valve cover gasket. I’m guessing the mechanic will know what to change but, I would like to know what exactly, will be need for this repair.

Another q

I think my front rotors are going so I’ll need them changed. Do you think I should have my back rotors changed at the same time? Btw I never changed my rotors before.

How much would new Honda oem front and back rotors, plus brake pad cost? And how much would labor run me?, total?

Give me a New York quote.

If you get the t-belt done, make sure that they replace the water pump and all other wearable parts such as drive belts, etc that way you won't be back later when your water pump fails..... it should cost you about 360-390.
