What are the biggest front brake calipers and brackets that will fit on an EG?
I have an AEM big brake kit for 92-2000 civic si/ex but the capiler brackets wont take the 12 inch rotors with the kit on my 92 si. The powerslot manual says you have to grind down the oem bracket but that doesnt even come close to helping. What calper/bracket setup can handle 12 inch rotors?? that wil match the caliper bracket holes on my eg?
welll i already have 16'' slips and they arnt the problem...Powerslot bought this line from aem and all they can tell me is get brake components from an abs car, but my kit is abs and non abs compatible and they really have stopped responding to my emails. THe only reason i got this kit is because i only paid $160 and thats a deal anywhere except i cant put this crap on. I need bigger caliper brackets that will line up with the stock holes on the hub assembly.

A Brembo kit for an EG will probably cost you about $1300.

waste of money....
get autozone blanks and a GOOD Pad....
you can fit any sized brake setup on a civic....but YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY to do so!!!
you will have to upgrade your wheels also to get a "BIG BRAKE KIT"
i have itr calipers and rotors under 15 inch brakes....

LoL.. wtf?
Anyhow.. You have to be careful with what brakes you use. Like someone else said. You have to have at least 16 inch wheels for the AEM kit, and for ITR calipers as well I believe.
Brembo calipers are pretty big as well..
Normal GSR rotors/calipers bolt right up and, as far as i know, work with anything 14 inch or above. Pretty sure wheels like the 13 inch VX wheels will NOT fit over the calipers.
