you should decide on which motor(N/A or turbo) and what kind of driving the car will be used for(daily driving, circuit or drag racing). There are many variables when choosing which tranny.

this car will be a daily driver/ auto cross. i will be keeping it na. I've got a boost car for drag and v8 killing.

i'm trying to keep on a budget on this swap for now. from what i've been hearing from people the itr will be the best for what i'm doing but i havn't found one for under 1200. what would be the cheapest route for now untill i can buy an itr?

well I would like to find a tranny for 800 or less. the cheapest I have found a gsr tranny for is 1000 and the cheapest for an itr is 1200

From what i understand the b16 trannys have smaller gears.

I have a B18C1 GSR engine with a B-16 Trans in my 95 Del Sol. I like the power but at highway speeds (65mph) my rpm's are running higher than normal for me... Granted this is my first modded Honda but 3100 rpm seems a little high for me... What do you all think?

Sorry. I didn't mean to offend anyone. I am new to this forum and didn't realize this thread was that old until you pointed it out. I will be more careful in the future...
