i have some crazy rust on the quarter panels.. the usual spot.. and by the fuel tank.. how should i fix up this bad boy? and what tools and whatever will i need?

 

i've got the same problem. But its only surface rust so i'm lucky. So far i've ready there's two ways it seems. One is cut out the rust part and replace it with new metal. The second is only prevention solution when you apply Rust Killer or other products, maybe even sand it down.

Anyone know of a good body shop in the Montgomery County, Maryland that would give me a good estimate?
