comes from under the dash. sounds like a motor to a power antenna or something, but i cannot tell. it only happens when i initially start the car. if i restart it , no noise. never happened in last car, any ideas???? please help

 

is it like an electronic buzz? (braaaaaaaaaah. ?) my car does something like that at start up that lasts a second or two. i'd also like to know what it is

 

yup, that sounds like the one....anyone know?? do you drive a gsr??? a four door? like i said my other integra never made this noise so i am confused.
