Rumors, Rumors. Thought I would share
Being a honda-tech reader, I have seen a million and a half posts about the comback of the CRX. This is something a friend saw in a magazine and I had to check out for myself. Who knows, but I thought some might be interested..

Though Honda calls it an “all-new” car, a number of platform and suspension pieces either carry over or are only slightly revised.
Top of the engine chart is the 200-hp version that will power the Civic Si and CRX. Civic Si— the most powerful Civic ever, according to Honda—will bow at the Specialty Equipment Market Association show in Las Vegas this November. Most of the Civic lineup will have a new 1.8-liter four that will make more power and offer a six percent improvement in fuel economy. A new hybrid engine that will be 20 percent more efficient than today’s model will also be offered.
The new Civic will come in two body styles, a four-door sedan and a two-door coupe. Sources say the bodies are slightly longer and wider. (Photos by Brenda Priddy & Company)

i, for one, am looking forward to the potential release of the new CRX. in a way it is a lot like the release of the new Z, at first i hated what they did with the heritage of the Z car, but the new Z grew on me, with its lines calling on the classic looks of the first gen Z. i hope Honda retains what the CRX stood for...
