couldn't tell you about powr gains cause when I got the exhaust at the same time I went from the stock DX motor to a Skunk2 stg 1 powered B18C. The sound isn't to loud, and in fact at WOT the engine was the one making most of the noise.

Thats what I like to hear, the engine, with a nice aggressive deep tone from the exhaust, not some ricey crap

After you add a new intake/exaust manifold, bigger throttle body, CAI, Test pipe, Ecu tuning and head work with big cam shafts.... Yes, the Greddy SP WILL do a lot.

You do that **** with just a stock exaust and cat and you might as well have none of that work done.

Btw: the Greddy SP sounds incredible, especially between 7.5 and 9k rpms. Everytime I took my car to a test day or HPDE I got several people complimenting how gorgeous my car sounds on track.

Well I have a B16 with a AEM Hybrid CAI, KamIkaze 4-1 Header, and a CATCO High Flow Cat. I currently have dual exhaust, and I am planning to upgrade that is why. You will see a pic of it even though it is not very good
