Default Pics of my '05 Type S

Well, I picked this up at the end of may and just got around to taking some pics of it. So far I love it. All I've down to it is tint the windows 20% and put an Injen mega-ram SRI on it. Also, about the photo comments. I'm not a photographer and I used a point and shoot, plus I was messing around with the manaul settings so I know some look a little blury and odd. I also don't have photoshop and I'm using my parents old computer so I know the blackouts on the license plate sucks.

Anyway, here are some shots. Upon viewing my pictures more they look pretty weird. I was playing around with the aperture and shutter speeds on the pics. The only pic taken on auto was the engine shot.

It's an Injen mega-ram SRI. It's wrapped with Cool Tube Heat Shield to minimize heat soak.

does the heat wrap really help? have you noticed a difference? nice car by the way, any more plans for it?

Honestly I don't think I'll ever be able to tell you what the difference would be. I just installed the intake on Sat. with the wrap and all. I've never had a short ram before, I had a cold air on my Civic so I don't know what heat soak feels like. I think heat soak is over-hyped though from what I've read about it.

No other plans for the car except doing HPDE's. I may switch to an AEM V2 or AEM CAI, don't know yet.

Could not. The tint will not stick well to the upper part of the window due to the defroster. I can't really tell though when I'm looking at it due to the dark look of that part. I only really notice it if I look back from the inside. Otherwise, it doesn't bother me.

i have my back window tinted all the way up... came out fine.

btw, nice car. love the color... would've got it myself if it came with black interior. i have a suggestion though - ditch the mudflaps.

a good quality tinit shop should have no problem tinting over the dot matrix at the top of the glass. it's just all about taking their time. I've done this 3 times, 3 different cars. 2 Integras and an RSX and never a problem.

It wasn't a question of whether or not he could do it. He just said it is more prone to peeling off over time and when/if you have it taken off it can pull the defroster part off with it.
