stalls as soon as it reaches operating temp? please help!!!
Background: This is a h22a4 (obd2) swap into a 93 si (h23a1 obd1).
Im using a p13 ecu, the distributor off of the h23, the throttle body off the h23, and injectors i were told were from a 92 to 96 prelude vtec, and the fuel rail and pressure regulator from the h23. the wiring harness is from the h23, other than that, everthing else is from the h22a4.
The car starts fine and idles at about 1500 rpm. as it warms up, the idles slowly falls until it stalls. after it stalls it seems like its loaded up and doesnt want to start again. What the hell could cause this?!?!?
I am leaning towards fuel pressure? should i try using the fpr that came with the h22a4?
EGR? should i try blocking the egr valve?
If you have any ideas, even if its a long shot, please throw it out there!!

Sounds like your idle adjustment is set too low, hopefully that's all it is - especially since you aren't throwing any codes. I have a '92 with H23 bottom / H22 head - first start up it hits 2000, then gradually drops to 800 after probably minute and a half.
The adjustment screw I believe is located on the passenger side of the IM, right about where the intake goes into the manifold.

Thats exactly what i thought when it first happened, but i already tried backing out the idle adjustment screw about 3 full turns and it didnt change anything.

i'm having this problem too. my car was running fine, relatively, until i took the top half of the intake manifold off. after i put it back on, it started having the same problem as you described. haven't taken the time to trouble shoot it yet.
Did you do anything different / notice any "funny stuff" going on before this happened?
Does it just stall out when you're at idle when it warms up? Or does it cut out while driving too?

It vibrates more that i think it should be, and i havent been able to investigate but i think its missing on at least one cylinder. I have spark at all cylinders, but i havent confirmed that each injector is clicking. I havent driven the car yet with the new motor because. . .it runs like ****.
