I put the dohc zc in my crx yesterday and everything seemed all right when I slowly drove it. The second I give it any gas it bogs down and almost dies. At first I was getting a code 5 for about 1 minute as the car idled roughly. Then it would settle out and throw a code 7. I checked the wiring and thats ok. The timing was fixed and still no progress. The car gets about 35 psi of gas and doesnt lose any pressure when I rev it. I can slowly rev it all the way to redline. IHE and fpr. not too much else except for the integra computer. PLease help. Thank You.

 

Did you check your MAP sensor and TPS?

 

Did you switch the green/white and yellow/white wires on the TPS harness?

 

Wow..that did the trick, Thank you for the info...now i have another problem...my rpms seem to be very high at idle...i checked my vacuum lines and the seem to be alright, but the throttle body seems to be stuck just a little bit open. i cleaned it and it still feels the same. Any ideas? Ill post pics asap. Thnks again.

 

same with me...idles around 1500-2k until warms up then i blip the throttle and goes down to where it should be around 700 rpms
