Default Opinions and Estimations on this Build Up

Hello,

I have some plans to do my bottom end pretty soon. Can you guys give me some estimates on WHP/TQ and opinions on this setup? Any info is much appreciated.

Stuff I already have....

96-97 JDM ITR Enigne
JUN 3 Cams, Springs, Retainers and Cam Gears
JUN Header
JUN ECU
AEM ITR CAI
Stock bottom end
I dynoed the car with this and got 206 WHP and 134TQ

This is what I am planning on getting. Partially sponsored from my soon to be enginebuilder, Rick Solis from http://www.performanceconcepts-jdm.com/

Golden Eagle Sleeves 85mm
JE 12.3.1 85mm pistons
Eagle Rods
Portflow reworked head
Ferrea .5 oversized valves
All new Bearings, gaskets, seals, balance/blue print

On top of that, I am thinking of switching to ITB's.

I am also planning of chucking the JUN ecu. What do you guys suggest? Hondata?

What kinda power can I lay down if all goes well and I get everything tuned great?

Thanks in advance. I'm open to all suggestions

Miguel

Help me out here fellas... I know alot of you guys have my answers

Would it be dangerous to go with oversized valves with the JUN 3's?

Help me out

Thought about Endyn Pistons? Lip got 242 outta his B18C5 @ 13.5:1 CR.
That was with Toda C's though.

I bet you make 230+WHP with the ITBs and ****.

Are you planning on any tranny work? ATS 4.949? Custom Gearing?

Suprdave

EDIT: I got a new Idea...

Since your using this for N\A...

Why don't you get a stroker crank and a modified piston with raised ring package\pin?

85mm with a 95mm Stroke would get you almost 2.2L

I was actually thinking of ditching my JUN ecu as well, my set-up is being built right now as well. Very similar to Miguels, just using ITR intake valves instead. 85mm sleeved block with custom JE's. I was leaning towards the 4.7fd because of the power band. ITB's are very enticing, but I just bought a Skunk 2 IM and a 70-68mm Erick's Racing TB. I was looking in a SPEED PRO, I know they have awesome tunability. Maybe we can get a discount if we buy 2? Anymore input is appreciated.

I don't think oversized valves are that necessary, because the Jun3's are such long duration cams. Perhaps used should look into Jun's custome intake manifold and t.b. Also perhaps some loud ***, straight through, under the fuel tank N1 exhaust. Preferabley made from Ti.
