Default H&R sport springs and Tokico Blue struts ??

Just wanted to know what you guys thought of the combination .

i have h&r race springs and blues on my del sol, i gonna swap them on my teg pretty soon because of the body kit on my sol. the ride is pretty nice on my del sol

i run the tokico package the blues with there lowering springs the springs blow *** but i like the shocks id say get them

bcareful w/ da blue they're good but i would not drop them 2 much my ***** blew in 3 months cuz i had my car slamed like 3.5' or more me doors would hit the side walk when i opened the car

u were lowered on h&r sports with 3.5 inches????? is that possible or were you on some other springs????

^^^ He was probably using coil overs , i am a on sports and the drop is less then 2 inches so i shouldnt have to worry right . Oh and thanks to all who replied

im redoing my shocks and springs, cuz the blues are good but with a 2inch drop your going to want to be able to stiffen up your shocks alittle more , just go with koni yellows and tein s techs....

i had that set up on my integra and the ride was very smooth then i got skunk2 coils and my car is dropped about 3 inches and my shocks are still good ive had the coils for prolly a year tokico blues ride very smooth

The setup that I have on currently is very similar to your posted setup. I have right now H&R Sport Springs mated with KYB GR-2's. The springs do not have a very high spring rate, and the GR-2's are basically a OEM replacement. So basically, you are going to have a ride lower than stock, and slightly harder than stock, although it is nothing harsh at all. It's a good budget setup, although saving up for some adjustable shocks would be a good idea IMO.
