My question is what would be the effect of putting the integra rate springs on a coupe. Are the spring rates stiffer and would the ride hight be higher. I also remember seeing HT member a while back running integra rate race springs on his coupe, it was a Teal and had gunmetal painted swirly hubcaps. if anyone knows who im talking about or has pics of the car could u also post them up.

i'm running EK H&R race springs upon my del sol... to bad i don't have any pictures for you. but i'm about 1 finger gap front and rear. i think the RACE springs all have a specific spring rate. correct me if i am wrong. the only thing that would alter the height would be the difference of weight between the integra and the eg. hope i help...

I have the integra H&R Races on my EM1, i know its not a eg coupe, but it might help..

Right now, only the front's are on, i am putting the rear on tomorrow...
