my next setup TEIN???
my opinion is keep the koni/gc set-up and ad some ground control top mounts to extend your shock play for a better ride... i have this set-up and my car dumped rides like stock its nice you cant go wrong and withit being an eh3 theyll cost you $240 which is well worth it

Spring rates are basically a resistance to compression. The higher the spring rate the harder for the spring to compress. Ill let someone with more knowledge to take over that one.
There is a member on here that will revalve your Koni's depending on the spring rates you want to run.
You basically can setup how you want your car to handle by spring rates yada yada. Im sure there is some misinformation in what iv said so give it a search.

you do realize that the tein basics are the most bottom of the line coilover , you can NOT adjust dampening settings , only ride height. why you would ever want those over koni and gc's is beyond me.
And you do realize that most people don't need adjustable damping, right? Adjustable damping does not a good coilover make. If a damper can provide a good, useful range of adjustment reliably, for an affordable price, that is just icing on the cake. But people shouldn't base their purchases simply on blingin features if the blingin features, especially if those blingin features aren't exactly great or useful.

Nope....you aren't supposed to tighten it that much. Only tighten the allen screw to stop the sleeve from spinning.

I would not go with the bottom the line TEIN suspension get something in the middle. Right now i'm running the TEIN Super Street Damper setup and it great must better then the Koni setup. ANd If you like to have the car nice an stif it the way to go. Best money I ever spend on my Suspension.
