Default Orange County, CA, machine shop, bushings

Can anyone recommend a good, experienced automotive machine shop that can press out my old suspension bushings, and press in a couple of new ones, in North Orange County, CA?

I've got an Energy Suspension kit for all of the LCA's, upper A arms, and shock mounts, and can't get the old ones out with my 1-ton arbor press. Most of the ES bushings are split, so I don't need very many installed ( just the upper A's and the big one on the back of the front LCA on a 95 civ coupe).

Any suggestions on shops would be greatly appreciated. Bonus points if you've actually used them and can vouch for them.

Thanks guys.

Just in case you can't find a place in north OC, you can try D&H Machine in Capistrano Beach. I have used them for everything from pressing bushings to resurfacing rotors to engine work.

They do a good job, are reasonably price, and turn around time is excellent.

Thanks, Rick.

A bit farther than I'm hoping to have to drive, but I'll keep them in mind.

In case that does not work out, I can do the work for you as well. I know I'm more than a bit away, but my friend has a nice shop that I can use anytime.

If you are using the urethane bushing kit for the front LCA, don't bother and save your money. Mine went bad after 3 races. A fellow races went bad after 2 races.

Thanks, Andrie. I'll keep an eye on 'em.

Any closer locals that can help me out? Derek, Edo, Johnny Mac, the Great White Hope, Anyone? I'll drive to Rick's guy in Capistrano if I have to, but with diesel over $3 bucks a gallon right now, I'm trying to not have to.

The only shop I can think of is Ken Hamiltons in Anaheim. You can always come down and use my press... I have the larger HB press and worked it perfect on mine

One other place you can try is Precision Tool & Billet in Yorba Linda. They are a machine shop I use for work related machine work. I am not sure what their capabilites are but might be worth a try.
