Just converted to obd1 - idle problem
first of all the car idles at 1500. while im driving its fine until i let my foot off the gas and idle goes between 1000 to 2000 up and down. Any idea what the problem is?
OBD1 EAVC functions differently. For some reason the ECU -sometimes- has problems using the OBD0 one.
I've had problems now and then too. I've had several different chips in my ECU, and not all of them seem to have the problem. Beats me what causes the randomness in that tho.

well if it doesnt do any harm i guess its ok. Only problem is sometimes its at 2000 and right before i shift it goes back down to 1000 so i almost end up stalling.
