That would be an interesting return on investment study...

You buy a segment of infomercial time and broadcast an ECHC race. You then turn around and use that to pick up more sponsorship to fund your future broadcasts and the series in general.

 

But promote it through what methods to generate enough viewership to make it worth while? Of course, being able to say that we are televised would be a big step, but IIRC it costs $17k a weekend for the camera crews. That is a BIG investment to make. I'll leave that decision up to Cobetto since he knows the organization's financials.

I just want to get the name of the series seen by everybody I can. Let Speed Channel see it, so maybe if we do try to make a deal with them down the road, it could help the cause. Or maybe just if somebody is checking out the petition - they could learn about it.

Maybe if we are lucky the Honda-Challenge will air on the Speed Channel at 3:30AM on Thursday night right after "Inside The Lawn & Garden Equipment Of NASCAR"

More freaking NASCAR tonight on Speedchannel...I mean, all day on Speedchannel. I think the roundy round crap started at 3 and its going straight to 11pm with only one 30 minute rally show in between. Normally I watch Motorsport Mundial every Friday at 7:30, but not tonight, there is some rerun of a NASCAR race on. DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!

These idiots couldnt have done there homework on this, who in the hell wants to watch this much NASCAR?

Speed channel just saved me $60 a month..

Now I don't have to get upgraded cable anymore..
Used to be channel 48 was the only decent thing to watch on Monday nights....

This blows, I can only hope their coverage of F1 runs full length and not one of these hour long summary highlights...

Speedvision lives. . .at least on the weekends. . .every other week.
