Default LS-Turbo Electrical Assistance NEEDED!

A few days ago I was looking at my fuse box and noticed how some fuses that were supposed to be 10amp according to the fuse box panel had 25amp fuses in place. As well as having 15's in place of 10's. So I put everything back to the way the fuse panel says and when taking the car for a drive around the block it ran horribly. Bogging like crazy, hitting rev limit around 3,500, and throwing CEL 16. I know what 16 is and I did all the neccessary troubleshooting. The wiring from the injectors to the ECU was good and so was the wiring from the injectors to the main relay. Also I checked the ohm reading of each injector and found something odd. I have a 96 ls motor running OBD1 w/ a p75 ecu and dizzy, the injectors installed are from TunerToys and were purchased less than a month ago. The ohm readings were ~1.75ohms across the board. Then I did a voltage test on all of the injector clips and 3 of them barely moved the needle while 1 of them read full volts. From what the manual says, it would seem as if the injectors are shot and the wiring is messed up from the 3 injectors that read no volts. But as stated earlier, I checked all the wiring that I could expose without having to remove anything major and everything I uncovered was totally fine. Also, the injectors are brand new and have less than 200miles on them so I doubt one of them has fauled out. I thought low impedance injectors were supposed to read 2-5 ohms and high 10-13ohms, however I'm reading ~1.75 on all 4. Does anyone have some advice for me at all?

Someone please, I searched for code 16 on this site and found nothing helpful to my situation. Only stuff that I've already looked over.

If I understand correctly, your running low impeadeance injectors with an obd1 ecu. You cannot do this or else the injectors or ecu will be toast.
