Fed Ex Sucks! Anyone else have problems with Shipping Companies?
Does anyone else have problems with Fed Ex or is it just me? Note: they can never find my address...but UPS and DHL never has any problems delivering packages. I was looking forward to putting on my new CF hood and CF Hatch this weekend too....
Any ideas/ways to help them?

Ryan, I do agree with you (when I do get my packages). They are cheaper than the other two. And for me they are just as fast. But when I have to go pickup or find my package...it isn't cheaper and faster.
We use FedEx to send packages to banks, we tried DHL for a month, they lost like 4 packages, we tried UPS for 2 months, they lost 2, we went back to fedex in the 3 years we have used them they have never lost a package. Don't know why we ever switched?!
My experience with FedEx was that FedEx can kiss my ***!!!! They're just plain suck. (Hmm...this is the second time I post my feeling about FedEx today.) They delivered a package 2 days late (I paid for 2nd day air). They also delivered my package to the wrong address. Both of these happened within the past 4 or 5 months. I would never have my incoming packages shipped by FedEx anymore. UPS never delivered my package to the wrong address.

We use UPS and FedEx. We've had incidents with both. One that stands out was a customer needed pads at Moroso for Saturday delivery. We used FedEx because they were 25% cheaper than UPS. FedEx sent the package to Daytona instead. Then they blamed us for putting the wrong address on it (it was indeed correct). Then they tried to charge our account to return it!!! It cost us a sale and a customer, who hasn't called back for more pads.
One of our dealers in NH swears UPS stand for "U People Suck". We've had fewer delivery problems with them but their customer service sucks ***. IMO of course.
**** happens.

Well, as it turns out Fed Ex uses a third party for their Home Delivery now. Apparently they have some communication issues between Fed Ex and the Third Party which has caused some problems. Still didn't get my stuff (they'll redeliver on Monday), but when they explained what happened and what they are doing it was a little more understandable. I'll take them a map on Monday and highlight the best route to my house from the terminal.

Usually I have no problems with any shipping companies. But recently, UPS lost two of my 4 wheels. They were shipped in 2 boxes. They both shipped the same day and I got one box a day early. The other box got lost at the second to last "checkpoint." After waiting 8 days for UPS to do a "trace investigation," the shop I bought the wheels at sent a new pair next-day via DHL. Yay.
I had my issues with Fedex and UPS.
My worst experience was with Fedex. They damaged a hard top for my convertible, and they didn't want to pay for it. Fortunately at the end I got my money back from my credit card, but lost $300 on shipping costs.

Agreed. Over the last 4 years at work, I've shipped and received tens of thousands of packages. From my experiences, Fed Ex is the best, with UPS a distant second, and DHL and USPS are almost equally horrible.
As far as personal use, I usually ship USPS, despite my bad luck with them at work, because my office is 1 block from the post office and I can send packages on my break without going out of my way. The closest thing I've had to a problem receiving packages is that UPS once brought me 3 wheels and tires on a Friday evening and had the 4th on a different truck and brought it on Monday morning. I ran an autocross on street tires that weekend.
