spark plugs
I was bored and messing w/ my car when I realized I had never looked at my plugs. So I went to pull them out and low and behold I had NGK R plugs. Now I've heard of NGK, but I'm not familular w/ what kinds they have, so any one know how good these are? Anyone suggest any certain plugs? Of and finally do spark plugs really do anything as far as gains, because if you think about it a spark is a spark as long as it starts the fire, right?
prelude's come with ngk's stock, so theyre probably the same ones youre car came with. im not too sure what the R's mean, and i dont have the exact number off hand.
what you should really be worried about is how they look. are you running rich? lean? etc..
peace

NGK's are the absolute best (and only) plug that will find its way through my motors valve cover and into the spark plug hole. Its the factory plug. I would recommend to use only NGK. if you hadnt wondered what the r meant i could have told you but i forgot. hope my info helps.
