Default Knock sensor plug was snipped from wireing harness. How do I replace it?

My knock sensor plug was snipped from the wireing harness when my swap was put in my car. Now I obviously have a CEL on. I have posted up in the WTB section that I need the knock sensor plug from the USDM wire harness but I havent gotten any responses. Is it possible to go to Honda and ask them for just the connector and then I can wire it into my existing harness? What other year/make Hondas have the same square knock sensor plug? Preludes arent exactly a dime a dozen up her in Buffalo so if I can go to a junk yard and take one off of say a Civic, it would be a lot easier. Thanx in advance and yes I did search but came up with nothing

I know for a fact that the actual knock sensor from pretty much any other Honda/Acura will fit in our motor, but I'm not sure that the plug is the exact same....it SHOULD be.

I'll check my old harness downstairs and see if I've already stolen the knock sensor connector....

But when you do get it, you gotta solder it on and use shrinkwrap on it to seal, instead of just doing a crimp job.

i think there are at least two different types of knock sensor plugs possibly three. obd1 sensors have one wire and obd2 plugs have two, that im certain. I have seen round ones and square ones, but im not 100% that all round ones are 1-wire and all square ones are 2-wire. hope that helps a little

So my knock sensor and plug from my f22a harness and engine would work with my h22a engine....because im doing a swap and im not sure if my block had the knock sensor on it? My f22a blew up so i dont even know if i SHOULD use the knock sensor...since it didnt throw a CEL when it decided to blow up.

Yes there are differant kinds of Knock sensor plugs. OBD1 has a circle plug whilw OBD2 has the square plug. Where can I get just the plug tho?

lol, sorry.

You can get pigtails at honda. well you use to be able to, if not just goto a junk yard. I use to make a living off of that (literally) i bought like 16 injector clips, oil pressure sender clips (those like to break often), etc - junk yard charged me 50 cents a clip.
