Default RPMs while breaking and coming to a stop...

I've searched with nothing. When I brake really hard or come down a hill with little gas, my rpms will go down to about 2 or 300. Sometimes if i really brake hard my car will really idle low coming to a stop and then will die. I'm sure it has something to do with the vacuum or booster. Any ideas? Thanks!

I had this problem with my accord.

I took off my intake and cleaned the TB out with deep creep. Adjusted the idle. Then I realized that the hose running from the PCV valve had a crack in it.

after all these things it idles fine

Hope it helps

would this be the same hose that I have running off my C.A.C?
