Precision 1000cc injector fitment?
I've been trying to get these on my car but it looks like the insulator, the black ring piece is too small making it really loose when you put the injector on. It's the piece that goes right onto the intake manifold. It's a piece of rubber. It's a stock fuel rail and stock intake manifold. Unfortunately this is going to cause me to miss Honda-day this weekend.
Is there someone with experience that can advise on this? Thanks in advance!

exactly... i have the 160# ones. i had to use longer studs to hold the fuel rail down, and make it real tight

How did you get longer studs in there? I thought they were non-replacable.

they come out using the double nut trick...but truth is i didnt do that, just what i was supposed to do.
story goes like this, i had to get car tuned at 10 am. it was 11 pm the night before and i was finishing up. i forgot to buy the studs. i took the fuel rail and grinded down the nipples that the stud went though flat with the fuel rail. i was able to use the factory stuff that way.

I am using the AEM fuel rail with GE intake manifold. You guys don't need to use longer studs...

Just shorten part number 7. I use a bench grinder to do so. After I check to make sure it's all even with a dial gauge caliper (i'm ****). Afterwards there was still a little fitment issues so I invested in a few washers to help me out. It's not as hard as you guys are making it out.

at the time, i was using stock itm and stock fuel rail. part #7 wasn't an issue on mine. the injectors were just physically bigger, causing so you couldn't get a nut on the end of the stud
