Default Timing HELP!!!

I just recently having problems with my First Gen B16A. I think it has to do with my timing, my car is back firing and it misses every once in a while. V-tec got quiet and sometimes I don't feel it in first. I got a timing light on it and for some reason it reads 30+ I tried messing around with it but I couldn't get it to 14 degrees. The only code I have on my car is 23 which is a knock sensor but it keeps going away this is the second time the CEL came on. Can anyone help PLEASE!!!! Thanks

I've check that but it looks like it's right on. By the way do you know the part number to the right timing belt right now I have the P2T belt so I don't know if that the right one. Thanks
