Well my CEL came on last night and i checked it with a scanner tool and it said: "That the catalyst system efficiency for bank 1 is below threshold for the current engine operating conditions. (Bank 1 identifies the location of cylinder #1, while bank 2 identifies the cylinders on the oppositie bank)" My question is does that mean that my catalytic converter is bad and also i think my idle air control valve is bad or my TPS because my car idles at 1500 RPM for the first 15 minutes of start up. So could some tell me what is wrong.
