edit: we do 7" 600lb, 650lb but not a 700lb. You'll need to go 6" or 8" for the 700lb spring in the Eibach line.

On my old CRX, I ran hypercoils which I bought from http://www.racecareng.com. I believe that can get just about every combination you could want.
Hypercoil does not list any 7" springs heavier than 450# in their current catalog. After that, you have to go with 6" or 8". I know Progress has a 550x7, but that's lower than you're asking for. You might try the metric spring manufacturers like H&R or KW and see if they've got anything close...
Kofod.
Eshocks.com has the hypercoils in 8"

this place has a big selection too

can't he run an 8" and thread his GC sleeve down an inch? i know he isn't bottomed out on his sleeves cause he has to fit those big volks in the front

He trying to save weight and he's worried about the higher springs rates (600/700) not compressing the spring far enough down and having to tinker with the ride height.

Ground Controls online store has the 2.5" OD 7" length eibachs in 600lb, 650lb. no 700 though.
and in 6" length 700lb to 1000lb
from what eibach says on their website . i'd go with the 6" springs. not much less spring travel, and almost a pound lighter then the 7" springs .
6" length _______________spring travel __________weight in lbs
600lb ____________________3.43"________________ 2.35
700lb ____________________3.17__________________2.79
7" length_______________spring travel __________weight in lbs
600LB_____________________3.78 __________________3.21
650lb_____________________3.77__________________3. 31
8" length _______________spring travel __________weight in lbs
600lb ____________________4.29" __________________3.88
700lb ___________________4.20 __________________4.15
tell steve to put a ziptie tight around the Koni damper piston right at the damper body while sitting at ride height. then go blast really hard around some parking lots. then at ride height see how much the shock is travelling from how far the ziptie moved from the top of the damper body. it will travel even less then that when he moves from his current 425/400 to 700/600

Well, you heard it streight from Eibach. I'll call up Vogtland Monday and see what they make. It won't hurt for me to try H&R too.
I'll check the parts truck tomorrow night if I have a chance but it's possible that I have the 7" that they do make in stock.

Any way he can run a 2.25" spring?? I don't think that Hyperco makes that rate in 2.5" in less than an 8" length but I believe the world opens up for the 2.25" dia springs.
I called kingrat motorsports recently about 6" 600 lb. Hypercoils. He said that short springs with rates higher than around 450 lb. have to be a special order by the retailer, and he has to order a very large number of them for them to make them, that is why he doesn't carry them.
ground control has all the 6" springs on their online store.
this particular application they are using ground control sleeves on koni shocks, 2.25 is to small to fit over these sleeves .

We have a ton of the 6" stuff in stock from 400lbs to 1800lbs. GC orders it all the time and would most likely have it in stock.
