Good Block? Bad Smoke?
Hey all, here is my sob-story. I just got my car back together. Brand new sleeves, pistons rings, etc (150 miles on it). It has been smoking like crazy. I have tried thicker oil (10w-30 instead of 5w-30). I did a leakdown test on each cylinder and it was less than 7% on all of them. The compression tests seem a bit low (around 157). I have no idea what to try next.
I was thinking maybe the oil seal on the turbo. What would be a good way to tell if the smoke is coming from the combustion chambers or the turbo? I know the compressor side of the turbo is ok, because there is no oil residue in the charge pipe. I was thinking maybe the hot side. Below is a list of my crap - just in case it helps...
I was thinking maybe the tuning was too rich, but my "idle area" fuel map numbers are down to like 64. If I go much lower, the engine slows and stops. If anyone wants to see the calibration that I am trying to use, le me know and I will get it to you. I am still waiting on my wideband. If I had that, maybe I could get a better idea about the fuel mapping.
Smoke is horrible on idle and decel. Not so bad on accel or steady driving, but still smoking. The smoke is blueish mostly, but sometimes grayish. I don't seem to be missing any fluid from my cooling system, but I have had to add oil quite frequently. Beats the crap outta me. Any Ideas?

stock head except the comb. chambers were enlared to match block
cometic 84mm head gasket
arp head studs
aebs intake manifold
str fuel rail
aem fuel press. regulator (@ 47-50 lbs)
walbro in-tank fuel pump
rc 750 injectors 12 ohm (saturated)
stock ignition
turbo is a turbonetics unit from a drag kit
the manifold, i/c and piping are from that kit also
right now, just running 6psi (wastegate spring)
exhaust is a thermal 3" cat-back
i am not using a cat - test pipe!
tranny is stock except for the jdm honda lsd
all sensors are factory
factory map sensor
moroso oil pan and pickup
