Default WHAT DO I NEED??? Did a search, and looked on internet!?!? Help Fast

ok, here is the deal. My friend is in the middle of a swap of a JDM b16 in his 96 LX 4 door. What all will he need to do this swap??

I have been getting many differetn answers, so I figured I would put a post here and see the easiest.

ECU?
Engine Wire Harness?
Harness to ECU??

He would like to finish this ASAP, and he is getting dicked around...and I have never swapped a engine into a 6th gen...so ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!
