Can't remove sun visors. Bolts seem threadlocked.
I'm trying to remove the sun visors (interior, not exterior window visors) and I'm failing miserably.
The screws for the hooks that latch the visor came out no problem, but the screws holding the actual visor to the roof liner won't budge at all. I'm a strong guy, but this is retarded. I've tried using a torx and a flathead. Nothing. Does Honda threadlock them from the factory? Has anyone experienced this or know how to remove them?
.
EDIT: I tried using liquid wrench and still nothing...

use the right size screwdriver and put vice grip pliers on the handle. push as hard as you can on the end of the screwdriver as you hold the vice grips with the other hand and turn. if that don't work try the same thing, but jerk it quick and it should snap it free

I have one and it works great on the two screws that hold the rotor on, although it works even better with heat but you wouldn't wanna torch your headliner or would ya?

no, i was careful to not get any liquidwrench on the headliner. I put the straw thing on the screw and held a paper towel on it before i squirted. The screws aren't stripped or wrecked and I did use the correct size. I guess I'll be buying myself an impact driver. thanks guys.
