Default Shift rod replacement recommendations

I am replacing the shift rod #14 and installing a short shifter #1. Helms manual says to replace #25 the o-rings and spring pin #29. Previously, I installed the Energy Suspension shifter bushings.

1) What is the best lubricating grease?
2) Is there anything else I should consider replacing while I am in there as the car is 16 years old? Dust seals #7 ($12) & #12 ($8)? Boot #6 ($14)?

Replace the shifter bushing, #8. Lubricate with a silicone paste, Shin-Etsu grease is nice, but maybe $, I dunno, I never pay for it.

Nope, but it would be wise to buy a new one. My shifter had play, then i changed #8 (about $10) and no play . I also changed #12 (mine had a tear) so no dirt can get in and prematurely wear out #8.

I looked in my factory service manual for the 93 Integra about this bushing, if i can recall correctly (because i just changed #8 out) no lubricant was called for.
