damn civic problems

Default damn civic problems

alright so my 93 civic ex with the d16 in it a intake has a problem. once in a while it just wont start. it turns over but will not start at all. then magically an hour or so later, it starts! wtf is the problem? main relay? can any homies help me?

hmm, well my ex did the same thing the other day but hasn't since. it started after the 4th try.

fuel pump relay, it is located under the driver side dash area next to the hood release and has a redish looking connector on the bacl, the part runs for about 60 bucks or so.

yup most likely the main relay buy a new 1 before it gives up on you my boy civic did the same thing

You can also solder it back up. I did mine about 2 weeks ago and it has started perfectly every time since then. It's very easy to do and only takes about 15 minutes all together. There are a few how-to's on this in the archives.
