i bought a ek from a guy i know. it has coilovers on it however i want to put the civic or integra r suspension on it. all i have owned is nissan s13's for the past four years and this is my first honda project. if there is a link to this set up and you guys could get me in the right direction it would be helpfull.

thanks for the link. im using this car for a daily driver is why i want to get rid of coilovers. so i saw some were that the koni yellows were a good shock what are some upgraded springs that give you a more comfortble ride but more aggressive than stock? im sure its been covered but like i said im new to honda land. after that statement let the flaming begin.
