Looks good!
Dude, can you get some pics of ground clearance with the oil pan for the B18C???? I'm really curious since I plan on swapping blocks from the B16 (I'm getting this weekend) eventually.

nice swap. thats pretty much what i have planned for this summer + turbo
how are your times? oh you were prolly shooting smoke out your exhaust b/c you didnt have an air filter on your si motor. you most likely sucked in a squirle. i did it once. the smoke goes away after a month or so.
nice swap tho. how long did it take ya?

So that explains the glob of fur in my intake manifold...
Naa..I seriously gnarled cylinder #3 somehow..no compression and oil everywhere.
Sorry about the clearance pics but I'm out of film and don't have a digi cam. I can tell you that the oil pan is about 1 inch lower than the front crossmember. I keep my car pretty low (I'm almost afraid to say on H-T
). I have 205/40/17s and the Skunk2s are turned all the way down..I haven't had any ground clearance problems yet.

Damn thats nice... i am about to swap a B18C1 hybrid in my motor and i just picked up a SKUNK2 mani... do you like it? what mounts are you using?
THANX IN ADVANCE!

Thanks. I definately love the extra .2 liters. This motor works my old B16A under the table.
I'm using the old HASport mounts (with the yucky red bushings). I like the Skunk2 mani pretty well. The fit and finish is excellent. I never used the stock manifold so I can't really compare but it seems to flow very well from about 5k-redline. I wish it made more low-end power but that's life. Maybe a little VAFC and cam gear action will bring it up to par.
