Possible vacuum problem after going back to stock!!!

Possible vacuum problem after going back to stock!!!
Well I finally got the JRSC off my 94 gsr and had the stock manifold back on and everything installed...Everytime I start up the car the rmp shoots up to aroud 3.5/4k rpm...and stays there...so I shut it off and double checked all my vacuum lines but everything seems normal.....etc...so now I am stuck...only thing I can think is that I am using a 96+ gsr IAB vavle/vacuum tank (number 9 and 10 in the pic) instead of one from a 94/95...reason why is because I been having a hard time finding it so I jsut said why not just try the 96+ to see if it works....this is a possible problem..but maybe there is somethign...any ideas would help guys>thx
