Default JDM 98-spec header copy?

Stumbled on this site recently, it says that it's a JDM 4-1 header. Sure doesn't look OEM one but the prices do fit the tight budget. Anyone know of this header is a legit copy of the actual JDM 98-spec 4-1 header?

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Street Imports &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">This is an aftermarket header, designed to fit the Japanese only market 1998+ Integra Type-R B18C engine. </TD></TR></TABLE>

its a knock off.

I have that header in SS. The welds are total ***. Not the best of quality but you get what you pay for. I will replacing it with a Toda very soon.
