Default garrett t3 off of a sabb

hey i just aquiard a garrett t3 off of a 89 sabb i noticed there are two looks like oil inlet and outlet flanfes, but there are two more looks like a threaded pipe i guess for water?? do i have to cool this turbo on my honda bothways or can i block off the water and use the oil alone? Also i took the compresser off today to clean and i noticed a thin black looks like a gasket but that was flaking off does that need to be replaced before i put the turbo on and if so were would i go about buying one? thanks for the help1

no need to block of the water ports if your not going to use them. there is a little gasket on the compressor housing, I usally dont replace it but somepeople use a little gasket maker.
